Our Pharmacists conduct in-depth patient and medication reviews which include an accurate medication history assessment, current medication regime analysis, medication management, identification of clinical problems and evaluation of therapeutic options. Professional recommendations are made to doctors and hospital staff which may include newly available drugs, extra therapeutic drug monitoring or suggested management techniques to improve patient outcomes.

Counselling and Patient Education

Our Pharmacists identify newly prescribed medicine and counsel patients to ensure medications are managed correctly and they are aware of any potential side effects or drug interactions that may affect the patient’s health or wellbeing.
